看编辑效率  不过应该不会相互影响

刚才受到第二个编辑来信，说When reading through your paper I regretfully noticed that the paper submitted by you falls outside the present scope of normal issues of this journal and would be of little interest to the readership of this journal. I would like to suggest you to submit your paper for publication in a Scientific Journal with a more suitable scope.
可是第一篇已经在另外一个编辑手上进入under review了，两篇文章的内容是一个体系的。当时之所以第二篇选了另外一个编辑，主要考虑这样或许能快些。
这种情况下，能否可以重投，还选第一个编辑，让他处理我第二篇文章。
请指教。

是拒稿，另投吧！

不能重投，已经记录了。还是改投其他杂志吧！祝好运！
