用DMSO溶解就行,我们一直是这么做的
我到网上搜到了,可是不知道那个好?有的说用甲醇,再加少量的NAOH可以,我打算用这种方法,但是刚才FREE-FISH 说最好不用NAOH。
如果我配50mg/ml的利福平50毫升,就用2.5克利福平加50毫升DMSO即可,是吗?,
恩,是这样溶解配成母液。
谢谢大家的帮忙我的问题解决了,用的是DMSO,3毫升就溶解了,我又加了2毫升的甲醇。直接用甲醇和NAOH效果不太好。我推荐大家用DMSO溶。
