【求助】多层膜反射率的计算
多层膜反射率的计算过程中,在第一个界面出射的光进入第二个界面时有个相位延迟,这个相位延迟在不同的课本上有两种表示方法,应该是说完全不同两种表述方法,有的书上是2*PI/lamata *n*d*cos(theta), theta 是折射角,lamata 是波长,而有的书上是除以 cos(theta),我认为是应该后者,各位虫友们发表下意见吧!

推荐 康晋发,顾培夫,刘旭等.<<现代光学薄膜技术>>.浙江大学出版 里面有关于传输矩阵的编程步骤
波恩《光学原理 》特性矩阵法貌似很简单
多层膜的反射公式看起来简单,但是真正编程算起来却相当的麻烦。不建议自己编程序,可以到网络上买一个或者下载一个盗版的TFCalc软件或者老麦的软件用,计算起来就简单多了。
all these two expressions are correct BUT NOT THE SAME.

An incident beam line is divided into two parts, the deflected and refracted, at an interface between the media #1 and #2. Your expression of 2*PI/lamata *n*d*cos(theta) is the TOTAL PHASE DIFFERENCE between these two beam lines in the media #1, which includes two parts, the phase lapse of the refracted beam line in media #2 (=2*PI *n*d*/[lamata*cos(theta)]), and the phase lapse of the deflected beam line in media #1 (=2*n*d*tan(theta)*sin(theta)).
Therefore, the expression of 2*PI *n*d*/[lamata*cos(theta)], which you found in some other textbooks, is only a phase lapse of the refracted beam line in media #2.
