求助：AFM形貌图中的一个小问题
请教各位高手AFM形貌图中的一个小问题：
样品测试得到的AFM图中 roughness analysis 一项中的 Img. Mean; Img. Raw mean; Img. Rms (Rq); Img. Ra 几项分别是什么意思？Rq 和 Ra代表什么？谢谢：）

怎么还是没有人理
表面质量如图所示参数描述：算术平均偏差（Mean deviation, Rm）、均方根偏差（RMS deviation, Rq）、峰谷总高度（Whole height, Rt）及平均高度（Average height, Ra）。具体建议看下相关文献，我这给个定义：
The surface roughness is measured by atomic force microscope (AFM) and is characterized by root-mean-square (rms) roughness, which is given by[1,2]
where N is the total number of the surface sites, hi the height of the ith site,and h is the average height of the surface.

均方根偏差 rms roughness是最能体现表面形貌的。
