我们这边一般都是计算相对结晶度,方法是一系列样品,每个样品的XRD中五个特征峰的强度值相加,选择最大的作为百分百,其余的和它的比值就是相对结晶度。
计算相对结晶度,取一知道结晶度的样品作为标样,检测样品的XRD中五个特征峰的强度值相加与标样强度值相除相对结晶度。
怎么知道强度值啊?
做完XRD,不久会给出d、2theta和I值吗? I值就是强度。无法讲结晶度如何,只能说是相对结晶度。
一般是计算相对结晶度,取未改性之前的沸石分子筛的结晶度为100%,检测样品的XRD中三到五个最高的特征峰的强度值相加与取作为100%的相对结晶度的样品的三到五个最高的特征峰的强度值相加做比较,得出要计算样品的相对结晶度。
