一、导师介绍
张其冲 博士 现任中国科学院科学院苏州纳米技术与纳米仿生研究所研究员。2017年于同济大学获得物理学博士学位,主要从事水系电化学纳米材料的合成和纤维状功能器件的研制, 2018年至2021年在新加坡南洋理工大学担任研究员,2021年入选中国科学院“百人计划”并任职中国科学院科学院苏州纳米技术与纳米仿生研究所研究员。长期致力于纤维状水系储能器件的开发工作,系统研究了高性能纳米材料在高曲率纤维表面的原位组装,通过调控纳米材料的微观结构、缺陷、构筑异质结构、改善电极/电解液界面反应动力学条件和构建新型器件结构,发展出了一系列高能量密度、高稳定性的纤维状水系储能器件,并在Advanced Materials, Nature Communications, Nano Letters, ACS Nano, Advanced Energy Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Energy Letters, Nano Energy, Advanced Science, Energy Storage Materials等学术期刊发表论文80余篇,H因子33,ESI高被引论文9篇,论文引用3100余次, 编写1部英文专著。

李清文 博士 现任中科院苏州纳米所副所长、中科院苏州纳米所研究员、博士生导师,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。2001年清华大学博士毕业,分别在北京大学化学与分子工程学院、英国剑桥大学材料系和美国Los Alamos 国家实验室从事碳纳米管制备与应用技术研究。曾获江苏省双创人才、333工程第一层次人才、苏州工业领军人才及江苏省科技进步三等奖等荣誉。2007年底回国加入中科院苏州纳米所,致力于纳米碳材料的低成本可控制备、多级结构加工以及纳米碳宏观体在功能复合材料和能源方面应用研究,曾主持多项科技部、基金委及中科院重点项目,在纳米碳宏观组装材料领域开展了大量研究,特别在碳纳米管可控制备及纤维化领域取得一系列前瞻性研究成果,包括半导体型碳纳米管水平阵列可控制备、可纺丝碳纳米管阵列的低成本合成、碳纳米管网络的规模化连续制备、碳纳米管纤维纺丝工艺、石墨烯纤维湿法制备、力学性能逐级增强、纤维多功能特性开发等,在Science, Nature, Nature Mater., Adv. Mater.等国际著名期刊上发表论文200余篇,论文他引17000余次,H指数69,担任Carbon杂志(IF:9.6)和Materials Science and Engineering: R: Reports(IF:36.2)副主编。

博士后:
1. 博士学历。具有物理、材料或化学专业背景;
2. 对科研热情,富有团队精神,具有扎实的专业基础知识与丰富的实验经验,对拟申请岗位课题较熟悉;
3. 良好的学习和沟通能力、有较强的英语阅读和中英文写作能力,高度的责任感。
博士生:
1.具有物理、材料或化学专业背景;
2.具有材料合成、电化学或传感器的相关经验;
3. 良好的学习和沟通能力、有较强的英语阅读和中英文写作能力;
4.上课在东南大学,开展实验在苏州纳米所,颁发东南大学的博士学位;
联合培养学生:
1、获得原导师同意,已经完成基础课程学习,具有物理、材料或化学专业背景;
2、有一定实验技能,有较强的学习能力和求知欲;
3、能够在研究所持续工作1-2年,可在研究所完成毕业论文,并协助其发表相关研究论文;

四、岗位待遇
博士后:
(1)目前研究所在站博士后(特别研究助理)博后基本年薪30W+,月收入约2.1万元,外加课题绩效和年终奖金。获得中国博士后科学基金资助35W+;
(2)入选中科院特别研究助理项目42W+,入选国家博新计划50W+;
(3)可与国外知名大学合作研究,协助出国,提供留学/访学经历;
(4)博后在站期间可竞聘副高职称,留所工作后可获得政府补贴30万安家费;
博士生:
(1)东南大学平均补助3100元/月(四年);
(2)课程完成后,苏州纳米所平均补助2000元/月(三年);
联合培养研究生:
(1)硕士将平均补助1500元/月,博士2000元/月;
(2)研究成果共享,双方共享通信作者,满足联培研究生学校规定第一单位文章数量的要求,优先满足学生毕业。
