IEEE systems journal二审周期一般是多少？
听说去年年底换了新的主编，可能审稿周期有些变化。想请问大家二审大概要多久？我的已经两个多月了，给编辑也发了催稿信。他的回复如下：
Your paper is still under review. Please note that the review cycle may take several months and the period has a significant variance due to the limited availability of competent reviewers. When we have collected enough reviews we will be able to make a decision.
Thank you in advance for your patience.
真的等的我好焦灼。因为九月底就要申请审核了，不知道这篇确认录用还有没有希望唉。
