这样的意见我这个杂志还能修改后重投吗
lz投了ieee sensors journal
reviewer2是小修，基本没啥意见且认可论文成果
reviewer1直接reject，具体却是提了一些语言组织、引文推荐、数据补充方面的建议。然后说了：
Recommendation: Reject (Paper is not acceptable for the Sensors Journal. Author should be encouraged to submit to another journal.)
Comments:
Although interesting and delving into a real-world problem with experimental data, I cannot recommend the proposed data fusion approach due to the following reasons. However, resubmission is encouraged.
我这本杂志能重投吗？
