待遇如下：
the pdf should be jointly selected by both supervisors. the normal duration of the pdf appointment is 3 years, with half of the duration
(i.e. 18 months) spent in polyu and half of the duration (i.e. 18 months) spent in the non-local institution concerned.
a.  salary of hk$29,000 per month for a period at polyu;
b.  mpf of hk$1,450 per month (i.e. total hk$26,100); （离港时可以取走）
c.  conference attendance (a maximum of hk$15,000);  （课题组可以额外补助）
d.  one-off support for travelling between polyu and the non-local institution (a maximum of hk$15,000).

申请要求：
a. 已经博士毕业或申请截止后6个月以内能够毕业
b. 以第一作者发表高水平论文5篇及以上
c.对科研有一定热情

kisuk kang教授为首尔国立大学（qs ranking: 21)教授，工学院副院长，science编委成员，j. mater. chem. a副主编，joule, advanced energy materials, acs applied energy materials, chemelectrochem,  batteries and supercapacitors等领域内国际顶级期刊编委， 课题组在nature, science, nature energy, nature materials, nature nanotechnology, nature communications等发表论文多篇，他引34000余次，H因子94。
