Prof. Hansang Kim’s research group at Gachon University, Korea has open positions for postdoctoral scholars in the field of Polymeric Composite Materials. (https://cscm13.wixsite.com/cscm)

- Eligibility: Applicants should have expertise in Polymer Engineering and should be capable of publishing Three journal articles per year (within JCR 30%).

- Salary: 2,500,000 Korean Won/month* （2200USD）

* Will get promotion and incentives depending on his/her performance.

- We are working on processing and multi-functional property characterization of composite materials including nanocomposites.

- Our new funded projects are regarding enhancement of properties of polymer materials such as hydrogen barrier properties, flame-retardant properties, and mechanical properties in high-pressure hydrogen environment. Newly hired postdocs will work on those projects. (We are looking for postdocs who can start work from this August or September.)

- We also hire postdocs in the field of processing and characterization of fiber composite materials. (For example, high-cycle manufacturing of CFRP or multifunctional composite materials)
