回复审稿意见之后，收到系统邮件，说由于论文是英语编辑的，如果有语言编辑证书就上传，没有的话就“If your language editing certificate is not available please return the manuscript and we will continue with processing.”
* Upon submission you indicated that your manuscript has been edited by an English language editing service. We request that you provide an English language editing certificate (if available). Return to the "Upload Files" screen to upload your certificate(s) as "Language Editing Certificate". If your language editing certificate is not available please return the manuscript and we will continue with processing.
请问这句If your language editing certificate is not available please return the manuscript and we will continue with processing.”是什么意思啊？我没有这种语言编辑证书，以为这就就默认没有的话就重新提交manuscript就行了。可是重新提交后，依然收到一样的系统邮件。论文状态也是待作者确认Awaiting Author Adjustment/Approval of Converted Files。
请问大家，语言证书这一步具体是做什么?我没有语言证书，在upload file 的时候需要特殊处理吗？

期刊初审时看到是非英语人士的稿件，如果编辑认为语言写作有重大问题，通常会建议找英语母语人士润稿，这时候就要找能媒合本科专业英语母语的编辑来帮忙，并在完成后请该公司附上英修证明书证明稿件已经母语人士修订因此解决了语言问题。请注意要找各大出版社所认可的专业学术润色机构才行。如果题主自信稿件虽然没有经专业英语编辑但不会有太大语言问题，还是可以投稿，如果系统持续出现一样的信息，可以联络期刊确认。
