Fully-funded 2-year Postdoc fellowship in applied ecology and conservation at Peking University and IIASA


IIASA is a world-leading institution in applied system analyses, and has recently established a new Research Programme: Biodiversity and Natural Resources, where the fellow will be hosted during the second half of the fellowship. The first half of the fellowship will be hosted in Peking University, a leading institution in China with a strong ecology and conservation program.

Possible areas of research include macroecology, biogeography, global change biology, and the nexus between conservation and land-use planning (e.g. as related to one or more of the following: food production, forestry, climate change mitigation, disease risk mitigation).
