Responsibility：
Scope and lead new projects in feed enzyme application and new product development.
Drive academic collaboration in new speciality biomolecules and new technologies like microbial detection, fermentation, or metabolic engineering etc.
Lead lab technician team or biotech research team.

Requirement of the Job
Education background (educational degree and major)
PhD or Post-Doc in Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry and other subjects within biosciences.

Skills / Qualifications
Solid track record in biotechnology R&D in microbiology and enzyme development.
Project management skills in global coordination.
Strong business sense in transfer market and commercial needs into technical goals.
Sensitivity and broad horizon in scouting new technology or new trends that are valuable to business growth.
Good communication in Chinese Mandarin and English.
Experience in R&D team management, or at least lab technician management.

Critical experience
