Prof. Sunghwan Lee at Purdue University is recruiting multiple Ph.D. students, who will be working onFunctional Materials Processing and Its Device Applications. Particular interests includeemerging CVD polymers and functional oxides in electronic and optoelectronic applications such as thin film transistors, sensors and energy-related devices. Applicants for the Ph.D. positions should have their Master degree (or will obtain Master degree by the start date of Fall semester, 2021) with academic disciplines in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or relevant disciplines with backgrounds of thin film processing, materials’ characterizations and device fabrications.
