丹麦科技大学（DTU）申请求助
套磁得到了DTU导师的面试邀请，但是在约面试时间时得到了如下回复
I am very sad to report that we just today received news from our University’s President that there will not be any CSC enrollments here during 2021. The reasons for this decision are not completely clear, but it seems that the negotiations between the DTU and the Chinese government have stalled, and until a new agreement is ready the enrollments will be suspended.
想请教一下往年申请CSC去DTU读博的各位是怎么样的一个申请方式（没有查到任何关于CSC-DTU合作渠道的信息），为什么DTU还有CSC博士名额限制

英国CSC能查到跟英国各个高校的合作奖学金，丹麦的只能查到个人途径，所以就比较迷惑
