如题，各位大神指教，第一次投materials，一路审稿走来，磕磕绊绊，现在有两个审稿意见回来，不知道大家是怎么看出来审稿人的态度的（经常看到有的人说一个接受一个拒稿之类的），我把两个审稿人评价挂出来，大家帮忙看下
