跟外导大体研究方向差不多，研究计划写得太具体结果研究课题不一致，这回复是不是凉了的意思？
I would forward this to our department's committee if I believed that this project had a chance to be accepted by them. But since it is so far removed from my research, I know for a fact that they will not accept it. I suggest that you contact a scholar who is working on the XXX.
