用APTES对二氧化硅纳米球进行改性,其过程需要加入碱吗?还有温度对齐影响大吗?

    这是我在一篇二氧化硅改性文献里看到的步骤,然后查阅其他文献ph调成3可能是为了促进硅烷偶联剂与二氧化硅的吸附,减少硅烷偶联剂的聚合。
    我做的是二氧化硅改性后接枝药物

    那偶联剂的量您用多少呢?
    我们实验室这边用的是磁力搅拌仪,不显示功率,搅拌功率90w,是属于剧烈的搅拌吗?
    也没有滴加装置,请问滴加速率对实验的影响大吗?

    搅拌功率90w,这只是额定功率,具体要看你调节的转速;
    买一个微量注射器就好了,滴加慢一点。

    滴加速率影响比较大

    Typically, 12 mL

    With vigorously stirring, 400μL of APTES and
    600 L of ammonia were added to 50 mL of Fe3O4@SiO2
    MNPs solution suspended in 95% ethanol/water solution.
    To enhance covalent bonding of the amine groups to
    the silica nanoparticle surface, the mixture was reacted
    for 4 h. The black precipitates were washed 3 times
    with ethanol and the obtained APTES-functionalized
    Fe3O4@SiO2 MNPs were re-dispersed in ethanol.
