The Elsevier system automatically registered this status once a 2nd review has been received, but in your case I require a re-review from one of your initial reviewers who recommended major changes.

一审大修后10月2日返回递交，10月22日 under review； 10月26日 两个审稿人回复了，变为required reviews completed； 第三审拖的时间很久，12月15日直接录用，
