CSC-UCL 需要自己申请ORS奖学金吗
刚刚提交了UCL-Geography的申请，了解到CSC需要免学费offer才能申请，看了一下CSC-UCL官网https://www.ucl.ac.uk/scholarshi ... esearch-scholarship ， 我属于up to five scholars per year in any subject area in accordance with the CSC’s priorities, including the Faculties of Engineering Sciences and Mathematical & Physical Sciences这类的。下面如何申请有写Five awards are available for students intending to pursue research in any subject area in accordance with the CSC’s priorities, including the Faculties of Engineering Sciences and Mathematical & Physical Sciences. Candidates must first apply for a tuition fee scholarship from UCL before submitting an application to the CSC. Full application instructions can be found on the Overseas Research Scholarships webpage. The deadline for applications is Wednesday, 13 January 2021. 我个人的理解是交了项目的申请之后，还要自己申请一下这个ORS。和联系的导师聊了一下，她原话是My understanding is that all eligible PhD applications in the department are assessed and those that rank highest are put forward for the CSC scholarship and the other scholarships you’ve mentioned below.
所以,我现在就是不太确定这个流程具体是怎样的，是我提交了申请，不用再管别的，只能学校的通知就好了，如果能录取这个offer就是cover学费的？
还是说我提交了Geography program的申请后，还需再自己申请一下这个ORS，program的offer和这个ORS奖学金都拿到再申请CSC呢？
