We are hiring! We are looking for motivated phd/master students to join our group to research the processing-structure-property relationship of additively manufactured metallic alloys both experimentally and theoretically. We have one open position for a phd student with full research assistantship starting spring, 2021. We welcome students with backgrounds in but not limited to materials science, mechanical engineering, physics, chemistry.

Dr. Le Zhou joined the department of mechanical engineering at the Marquette University in fall, 2020. his research focuses on physical metallurgy, microstructural control and characterization, additive manufacturing and powder processing for a wide variety of metallic materials.
