论文二修后被拒稿，这种情况可以申诉或者重投吗？

如图所示，二审中，两个审稿人人说返修符合他们要求，一个审稿人说不完全符合他的要求，也没给具体意见。编辑给了拒稿。请问可以采取措施挽回吗？

可以申诉下，不过有可能效果不大，准备充足理由。重投可能还是大概率落在这个编辑手里，申诉不成功就转投其他杂志吧

你没有按照审稿人的意见改么或者是你反驳了审稿人的意见么

我严格按照审稿人的意见加了东西。有个意见里，审稿人提出了质疑，我依据文献进行了反驳，尽量很委婉。审稿人不会气量小到这种程度了吧

而且，审稿人让我引用了他的文章，我能知道他是谁，是国内的同行。
