对编辑决定的异议，反驳成功
投某新一区期刊，审稿人4个，意见如下：1大修，2小修，1拒，编辑建议转投。
仔细阅读拒稿审稿人的评论，发现此审稿人非常不专业和不公平。
当天给编辑发反驳信，反驳审稿人的大部分评论，同时说明编辑是受审稿人的错误评论做出了不恰当的决定。
第二天，编辑来住：改成小修。submissions with a decision 变成submissions needing revision，
所以如果有充足理由的话，可以反驳试下，也没太浪费时间。
