the duration of your phd research is 3 years, after this time you will be given a year to complete and submit your thesis. the total duration is up to 4 years but the 3 year period of research is what is shown on your offer.
外方学校教务处给的回复，offer写的3年，申请的资助36个月，现在突然变成4年了，自己的错误，自己负责，决定不读了！
