我申请的是新南威尔士大学与csc的合作奖学金，上周拿到了奖学金offer。按照导师要求去注册，发现我的账号被锁了，问了外方，对方回的邮件如下：
As your scholarship is only conditional, you will not be able to accept your offer at this stage.
You are required to provide CSC scholarship offer from CSC so that we can remove the block from your account and look into issuing a full offer.
我已经在信息平台收到了贺信，但看外方邮件的意思是那边还没有确定我拿到了csc，所以我后面应该怎么做呢？是需要我向外方提供我获得csc资助的证明吗？具体需要提供哪些材料呢？
