投稿时编辑给了以下答复，先是说我们这次将你的稿件退回，然后后面又说如果你可以按这些意见改，你可以重新投这个期刊，然后我就重新投了，这样的话文章被接受的几率大吗？编辑回复正文如下:
Unfortunately, on this occasion, they do not recommend that your manuscript is considered suitable for publication in JSS. We are, therefore, sorry to say that we have withdrawn your manuscript and returned it to you for the following reasons:（修改意见）
If you feel that you can address these issues then JSS would be prepared to consider a NEW manuscript.
