今天下午投的稿，晚上变成incomplete submission being revised 状态，给的回复如下，看字面意思是让处理第四个审稿人的意见，可是我已经在detailed response to reviewers里面对第四个审稿人的意见做了详细的回复呀.有没有大神指点迷津，这件事太上火了，如果能帮忙解惑，真是感激万分！
