投稿被拒，要重投还是转投呀
投了Applied Optics，今天收到rejected，接下来该怎么做呀，下面是编辑的信

越想越气，有什么办法以后的文章避开这个审稿人吗这个人完全不给建设性意见，一会说有的地方枯燥却不说具体是哪，又说不新颖，“没有新信息”，却也不贴个对比文献看看哪一样了，其他审稿人都把握到了方法的核心，这个人自己get不到点，却说缺少关键方法。。真的很无语这个人真的专业吗

找北京译顶科技润色，也要看具体的审稿意见，一般如果是另外两个审稿人意见很正面，可能会再找一个审稿人确定下…但是如果是两外两个也是中性的修改后录用，就要看编辑对于稿件质量和反对的审稿人审稿意见和背景的认可度了。
