终于经过22天的等待收到FC的邮件---被据稿，由于新文章的内容有一部分与去年在FC上发表的文章内容重复12%。

这是编辑的最后一段话：
Therefore, we regret to inform you that we cannot admit the manuscript into the formal peer review process as it does not meet the required standard for the journal.
Please note that the editorial office cannot enter into discussion regarding this decision, and a revised version will not be considered.
是不是不能重投FC了？必须换杂志？
