看到neurocomputing选择投稿类型的时候，有如下说明
NOTE: Neurocomputing will NO LONGER consider submissions that fall outside the above two categories. In specific, Neurocomputing will NOT consider submissions that focus purely on mathematics, dynamical systems, control theory, image processing (without direct relevance to the above two categories).
这表示不再接受此类文章了么？
