本人在GRL上投了一篇论文，一审历时56天，在第23天时第一个审稿人审稿完成了，此后编辑又找了一个审稿人（从最终的审稿意见看，应该是第一个审稿人建议编辑再找一个人审一审：In my opinion, another reviewer “sweep” would be necessary.）。第一个审稿人提了很多意见，部分他给修改建议甚至他修改好了，问我是否合适，他最终的结论是：I recommend publication of this work in GRL because of its importance, but not before moderate revisions by the authors.第二个审稿人就三个问题，他最终的结论是：While the manuscript presents new measurements, it is not suitable for publication in GRL in its present form as the manuscript does not present any quantitive limits on its conclusions.最终编辑综合考虑两个审稿人的意见拒稿，但他又写了一句：I am rejecting it now so as not to put a time constraint on your revision and allow you ample time to complete the additional work. Once the revisions are complete, you may resubmit the paper.在这个期刊第二次投稿，上次二审后由于审稿人要求加数据导致篇幅超要求，GRL编辑给我联系JGR-Planets主编让我转投，转投后最终接受了。现在这种情况如果我按要求修改了再投中的几率大不大，对我而言这是一个新领域，没有多少经验，故向各位虫友讨教，谢谢解答！
