不知道发这个版是否合适。社科类，一篇英文文章去年十月投到领域内很靠前的一个期刊，今年四月外审返回，主编先做了据稿，邮件有审稿意见，看起来挺刻薄的，但是在这份邮件一分钟后，主编撤回了据稿邮件，说发错了。目前文章显示，外审已经结束状态一个月了。这种情况应该怎么办啊？
