以上4点的什么意思啊？institution是第一作者单位和邮箱还是通讯作者的单位吗？我是某大学的研究生，那单位是某大学研究生院吧？通讯作者是我导师，他是某大学附属医院？是institution某大学研究生院还是某大学附属医院？

个人观点：
附属医院是附属大学的 所以邮箱应该是指大学的邮箱
1、投稿留的邮箱应该是大学邮箱
2、你大学的官方网址
3、这个邮箱以往发表过的论文（估计是要佐证邮箱是你们单位的邮箱）
4、所在单位（可能是研究生院或者医院的证明）
我听一个同事说过他投稿也要求了用学校邮箱。大学研究生院和附属医院应该都没有自己的官方邮箱 官方邮箱就是你们学校的 xxx@xxx.edu.cn的那种，
