投的期刊给了Reject (transfer options available)，可以改投它刊吗？
如题，之前投Springer旗下的一个期刊，那边说不能接收，邮件回复主要内容如下：

不需要，已经拒稿了，可以transfer了
IJAMT现在比以前难中了，没办法。主编倪亦靖动不动就拒了，以前不会有
不用管，不用跟编辑说，这个只是一个选项，你可以选择transfer也可以自己另投~
我之前遇到过一样的情况，给几个粗陋的意见：
首先，这个情况下，你不用管，会有一个转投的编辑和你联系，你可以看看他给你推荐的期刊，你是否适合？
第二，你确认转投，原投稿系统里去确认转投，就可以直接转投到你和转投编辑确认的那个期刊；
第三，确认后，流程还是会经历技术确认，编辑审稿之类的流程，并没有比自己投快多少，我之前的情况，感觉还慢点；
最后，他推荐的期刊，不代表录用率会提高，和你自己投基本是一样的
以上意见仅供参考，
编辑的建议只供参考，可以另投他刊
意义不大，就是给个别期刊增加人气，和自己投没有区别。
完全不用理。一般让你转投的都不是什么好期刊，什么检索都没有，而且是OA的
