However, with adequate response and revision, the manuscript may be acceptable for publication with the understanding that we may seek a second round of review. Your revised manuscript is due within 30 days.  Please submit an itemized list of revisions and rebuttals with your revised manuscript.

对了，那个给据稿意见的审稿人貌似很激动，给的审稿意见中尽是问号和感叹号，意见写了很长，但我感觉他都没提到点子上，有点像乱发脾气。很发愁怎么回复他呢，请前辈们给出谋划策
