小白投稿，编辑部回复前两条有点不明白，请大神指点。
1. please include the following statement to your manuscript, before references
     a. ethical statement- *please do not reveal institutinal information*
     b  consent statement
2. please include a "conflict of interest" statement to the title page

1.a.要写道德声明，我看模板的道德声明都是关于做实验的，我是综述论文，只要声明都是自己写的，就成了吗？有模板吗？
  b.就一句话同意出版就行了吗？
这两个声明都要放在文末，参考文献前，需要独立成页吗？
