The antibodies used in the paper are not reported to react with bovine proteins, however, it’s often not an issue for evolutionary conserved proteins. Please provide full western blots with markers to confirm the mass of the detected proteins. Please discuss the ability of antibodies, used in western blots, to detect bovine ATF3, β-actine, PPARγ and C/EBPα proteins.
