修改说明要求的内容我在“Detailed Responses to Reviewers”里面都写了，这句话的要求是在cover letter里面再写一遍么

在上传修改稿的时候，有这么一段话

In the cover letter accompanying your resubmission include each reviewer's comments followed by your responses, and indicate where you have changed the manuscript in response to each comment, by providing the page and line number of the change in the manuscript. This will help me to compare the reviewer comments with both the replies and the changes made in the manuscript.

难道是要把具体的修改内容和cover letter放在一起？
可是系统在需要提交的文件中有Detailed Responses to Reviewers这一个

简单啊，把response letter贴到cover letter中即可

就是把Detailed Responses to Reviewers文件，复制cover letter一次嘛
还有一个问题请教，在需要上传的文件中有加星号的“Revised Manuscript”和没有加星号的“Revised Manuscript（with marked changes）”
这两个文件都上传么，不加星号的不用颜色标记，加星号的用颜色标记

我认为也不一定，作为参考：我投HMT也是这样要求的，我只是在cover letter 中说了所有回答在我上传的response文件中被列出，给出文件名，然后说请专家审阅。
