投稿IEEE ACCESS，论文被退回作者中心
论文投稿到IEEE ACCESS一周后，收到邮件说我上传的论文pdf有问题，被退回。
问题是：The manuscript PDF you submitted appears to be a scanned images and are not in editable format, and therefore will not run through our plagiarism tool. Please use the original article file and save it as a PDF so that the document submitted is text-searchable.
我论文pdf是从word中adobe打印到pdf的，请问各位有遇到这种情况吗？该怎么解决

word转pdf的时候选另存为，格式选pdf，那样生成的pdf没有问题。也许用adobe打印出的pdf可能会被当成扫描的，反正我从来没试过这样转pdf，都是另存为pdf

打印出来的是图片格式，word另存为pdf版本才是可编辑的
