各位虫友好，小弟最近投了一篇IOP旗下的mst，3.10出结果让大修，4.7截止。然而现在学校没有开学，没法完成审稿人要求补做的实验，我就给编辑写邮件申请延期一个月提交。3.12编辑回信，直接给延了一年！惊喜之余才发现编辑说为了给我充分时间修改，文章状态从“major revision”变成了“reject to resubmit”。。。
随后我给编辑发邮件询问这是否意味着文章接收概率不如大修，因为期刊官网上是这么说的。如果是这样那我就觉得很冤啊，明明一开始是大修，现在降了个等级，而且说不定重投流程变多，审稿人也会更换。附上编辑原文，请各位大佬帮小弟分析分析！感谢！
