review需要先给编辑发一个outline,杂志社的要求是这样的:

哪位大神投过，能帮忙解答下，an annotated table of contents 要怎么写，abstract是不是把文章里写的直接复制过来，cv写一作和通讯就可以，还是全部的作者都要写上？
