一审意见网站显示“Revise and Resubmit”,求教各位这什么意思
我一直以为审稿意见就是，小修或者大修，要不就直接拒稿，这次出现个resubmit，整懵了

很正常 这种一般是大修 修改时间长些 一般会为了方便系统处理而建议重投
