请各位大佬看看这种被拒的原因是啥，是因为我abstract不好吗？还是说只是它投满了？？？

I regret to inform you that we were unable to accept your abstract. Reasons for which abstracts were not accepted by the Technical Program Committee include, but are not limited to, excessive commercial content, insufficient information for accurate review, dated material, content outside the scope of an OCEANS Conference, a high number of abstracts submitted to this conference, and limited space in the technical program.

我看reviewer comments还挺好的，没有说我abstract不行，也只是提了一些修改意见。
