这个问题是针对我做的定量PCR来提的。

I don't think authors have followed the MIQE Guidelines for carrying out the qPCR experiments and also in presenting the data, this is a major concern. qPCR information need to be updated in the Results and discussion section as well.
Please go through below literature before updating the content.
