This is regarding your manuscript titled "…………" that you submitted to the Special Issue "Regular Issue" in Advances in Civil Engineering. Your article has passed editorial screening but the Guest Editors have unfortunately found it to be outside of the scope of the Special Issue. We have therefore transferred the manuscript to the main journal and will be assigning it to an Academic Editor who will assess it for possible publication in Advances in Civil Engineering.

不知道是好事坏事，是不是审稿时间又要延长了……
