投了一个期刊，一审的时候修回去，写了response to reviewers，还把文中修改的地方标红，传上网，编辑部收到后，外审的时候，发现上传的文件中，response to reviewers被编辑部删掉了，PDF中文章有两个版本，一个是之前标红的版本还有一个是干净的版本。二审回来的时候，继续让修改，主编给发了下面一段文字，看字面意思是让在空格地方可以回复审稿人的意见？具体是什么意思？不太清楚应该怎么处理！需不需要写response to reviewers？谢谢大家！
