第一次投稿，文章投出去不到3天就被编辑部拒绝了，未通过编辑委员会的初步筛选，理由很官方，但是后面又说可以找其他合适的期刊，我还需要回复吗？感谢大家的指教！

Important screening criteria in KSCE Journal of Civil Engineering include (1) significance, originality, and impact on the civil engineering profession, (2) possibility of moving forward to acceptance in rounds of rigorous peer review process of our journal. We are sorry that your manuscript does not meet at least one of these criteria, and we therefore must reject it.
