最近我写了个综述投SCI,审稿意见显示有两个审稿人。其中一个给了3页纸的意见，看意见没什么大毛病，但是给的直接拒稿。另一个给了几条意见，但是和文章内容几乎没关系，都是关于增加近几年的参考文献、语言润色、图片等问题。他给的是大修。（这个审稿人的意见如下）我越看这意见越觉得是编辑自己。最终编辑给的是大修后继续送审的决定。
1. Rework the review article and include recent and therefore more pertinent work from 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 to make the review more inclusive.
2. Perform a serious edit of the manuscript to use proper English and correct all the poorly written sentences (see, for example, this reviewer's corrections on page 1).
