response:你先有疑问解答，说一大堆吧啦吧啦，我为什么这么做，我具体怎么做的，这么做为什么适合。
action部分指你对文章做的改动，比如更新手稿，修改公式或者修改说法增删某句话
通常reponse后面都跟上一个action，就是为了审稿人不产生疑问，做以调整或增删
Anthor action：we updated the manuscript by ….具体是指你在修改稿中改动了那些部位
