审稿人问我入组的标准，怎么回答？
我做的是关于三种不同治疗方法对一种疾病的影响，大修其中一个审稿人的意见是这样的：Why were the patients treated differently? Since this was a retrospective study, and subjects were not randomly assigned to one of the three groups, what factors determined how the patients were treated? There is a potential for bias in this group assignment.
应该如何回答才对？

我看了，理解为，对于一种疾病为什么提出三种治疗方法？你研究这三种治疗方法是不是对病人有偏见（是经历问题？还是我跟病人好我喜欢病人就给他用我自己喜欢的方法）。
